Refund policy
In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, Miss Dolly is not required to provide a refund if you make a wrong selection, need a different size or change your mind. This includes items purchased using Afterpay, however we will offer an exchange or store credit.
In the event that you have received an item with a fault, you will be offered the option of a credit note or refund. If the item was purchased using a Gift Card, the amount will be credited back to the gift card and not refunded.
We have a 14-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately we do not have the capacity to cover the cost of postage on returns. Ensure you keep your tracking number as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
Applies to incorrect selection, wrong size or change of mind. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item or contact us so we can put the correct item aside for you. If we don't happen to have item/size you require, a store credit will be issued to you.
Refunds/Faulty
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your faulty return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If the item was purchased using a Gift Card, the amount will be credited back to the gift card and not refunded.
Should an item shrink, tear or break due to improper care Miss Dolly is not responsible for a replacement, refund or credit note.
