Shipping policy

All orders placed via our online store (missdolly.com.au) are shipped with either Sendle or Australia Post. 

Online orders are processed Monday - Friday within 48hrs of being placed.

Please note: If your order is placed on a weekend or public holiday it will be dispatched the following working day.

If you choose for your order to be shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been fulfilled. You will then be able to track your parcel via Austalia Post. Please be aware that once your parcel has been shipped and tracking lodged, it is out of our hands and any lost parcels will need to be investigated via Australia Post. Miss Dolly will not be held accountable for lost or stolen items.
